Pre-Wedding Hair Questions Answered

Can I make changes to my booking after I reserve my date? You can always add on additional hair styling services but you cannot remove, if you’re unsure about a guest just exclude them from your inquiry & add them on later if need be! If the getting ready location changes that’s okay I’ll requote for that if need be as well!

Is it okay if I don't know how many ladies will need service yet? Absolutely! If you're not sure about the final count yet, that's okay. Just include your best guess with your inquiry. We'll need the exact number eventually to finalize your quote, but an estimate is a great start.

How long are services on the wedding day? On your big day, I dedicate 1 to 1.5 hours for the bride's hairstyling to ensure everything is perfect. For bridesmaids, moms, and other guests, each service takes between 45 minutes to an hour. This ensures everyone looks their absolute best!

Do you stay for touch-ups after the ceremony? Once we've finished styling everyone, I'll double-check to ensure every hair is in place and set to last for hours. However, if you're considering a second hairstyle after the ceremony or want touch-ups post-first look, I'm more than happy to stay. Just keep in mind, staying for additional pampering comes with a $75 fee per hour.

What if I don't meet the minimum booking fee? Unfortunately, if the minimum booking fee of $1,000 isn't met, the fee still applies. However, you can use this credit towards your hair preview/trial.

Do you bring an assistant with you? Yes, for bridal parties with more than 6 ladies, including the bride, I bring along a second stylist. This helps ensure your morning prep is efficient and smooth!

Multiple Inquiries I always strive to be fair, so I operate on a first-come, first-served basis. When multiple requests come in for the same date, it's a bit like a race to the finish line! To secure your spot, I need a signed contract and deposit. Just keep in mind, scheduling a trial won't lock in your wedding date.

Trial Information Is my trial included in the packages above? Unfortunately, trials are not included as they're a separate service. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, priced at $150. Can I book a trial first before securing my date? We only offer trials to booked brides due to high demand. We can't hold a wedding date until scheduling a trial service. Where will my trial be? All trials are held in Rockland County, NY. This is a private in-home studio space, ensuring a relaxed environment without salon buzz. Can I bring someone with me to my trial? We kindly ask that you bring only one guest, as it's a cozy space. What is the length of a trial? Plan to spend about 1-1.5 hrs.

I live Out of State, don't have time for a trial. Do I need one? While a trial is recommended for optimal results, it's not necessary. Please note, we won't have time to blow out your hair straight and then style it on the morning of your event. If this is your preference, let us know in advance, as it may require additional time and incur an extra charge.
